In summer all guests staying longer than 2 nights can use all of the operating lifts for free. This also includes public transport in the Upper Engadine and the public bus to Soglio and Chiavenna.
In winter you can use the regular shuttle bus from the hotel to the valley station of the St.Moritz ski lifts free of charge.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the first two nights will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first three nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
Groups: When booking more than 6 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 3.6 % VAT is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs CHF 10.00 per hour.
